Creatives for positive change

Creativity coaching for the creative entrepreneur

A creative mind, a diversity of interests, and a drive for doing something good. How to build a profitable business with that?

Through the funnel of kaizen-muse creativity coaching and business coaching, you come out with clarity and a path forward.

You’re curious about creative coaching for any of these reasons:

1. You’re stuck creating a project

You have an idea and passion for a project that will create better conditions for people or planet, but you’re stuck in your process.

Maybe you’re overwhelmed by the size of the project, or maybe you feel not “good enough” to be sharing your voice and opinion on the topic.

But you’d like to finish it.

2. Lack of direction - too many creative ideas

You have a list of interests, ideas, and the skills to match, and you like the idea of having a business that will sustain you financially, and creatively.

But you feel pulled in several directions, and your enthusiasm doesn’t last long enough to get your business off the ground.

And where do you even begin with a business?

3. You want to combine interests into 1 business, and stay focused on 1 mission

Ok, so you’ve been a generalist, and tried different things in your business, and you’ve come to realize (perhaps a little kicking a screaming), that you simply can’t get anywhere being as broad as you are now.

You want to figure out a way to specialize, and still use your knowledge and experience.

Hi, I’m Katja (pronounced catch-ya)

As a multi-creator myself, I have spent years being a generalist. This has given me many skills, vast experience in different industries, and now that I’m narrowing my focus, I help navigate your own focus-narrowing process.

My clients don’t share industry. What they have in common, apart from being seriously lovely, creative, and skilled people, is that the business they dream of building, is one that does good for people or planet.
That often means challenging status quo in their industry.

I am so on board for that!

If we can ditch the filter of perfection, and cut through some of the bs and good girl expectations, I believe (and see) creative women able to do important work, with positive benefits for other people.

Coaching with me looks something like this:

Seven 60-minute calls via Zoom every other week.

We always start by looking at your work, interests and how you got to be where you are now.

Then we’ll go deeper into your interests and how they may or may not relate to a business.

Our sessions are more conversational and chatty. I ask you questions, to get to know you and your work, and together we’ll figure out a sustainable path forward in your business.
